Hello everyone

Postby JasonvG » 27 Jan 2021, 19:25

Hi all. My name is Jason and I’m based in Derby.

I’m an ex builder/ fencer/ kitchen fitter/ window fitter etc. (You get the picture)
For the last 10 years I’ve worked in events, both corporate and weddings, but that seems like a lifetime ago now. Not done anything in this field for a year now, and to pass the time and keep my sanity I’ve started clearing out the garage to turn it into a workshop.

I’ve started on a work bench with integrated table saw, hoping to add lift up router and storage to this soon. Then it’ll be a drill press stand and other small shop kit. I’ll sort some photos soon.

Looking forward to seeing what everyone else is up to.

Hello and welcome.

Whenever I see "hello everyone" I can't help but thing of agadmator's chess channel. It's become his catch phrase. 8-)
Don't like: wood, engines, electrickery, decorating, tiling, laying stone, plumbing, gardening or any kind of DIY. Not wild about spiders either.
