• Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

Thought it was about time that I introduced myself. Really enjoy the content of this forum! Can someone help me , as I am not good with computers, how to post photos. Sorry but not sorry.

Ok, I need to read the blurb regarding posting photos, will do. I have been a woodworker for 45 years. That is everything from scratch build set ups at trade shows, to decks, fencing , arbours etc. Also have purchased and renovated many homes for resale. As well as new home builds for sale on spec. What I really like doing is building custom furniture. Oh ,forgot many landscape design projects under my belt. The only educational degree I have is in Horticulture.

Welcome from Salisbury; just had to look at Google Maps to see where you hail from in Canada - Rob

Hi Duke, you’re very welcome, interesting and useful mix of interests and skills! I’m about 11 hours due South of you in PA. Ian
Thanks, I have driven through PA about 19 years ago. Nice State

Well done Duke: you're comprehensively through the 3-post-barrier, which is part of the forum's armour against spammers. You can now post normally, including photos.

Something you may not be aware of is that the forum will be changing software in a very short while, and image posting will become a lot simpler.....but if you can, we'd love to see photos of your workshop and/ or some of your work.
