• Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

Is it too late for presents?

It was a bright and breezy winters day, and the usual scouring around the internet led me to find that the green brand is putting up prices in the US today, now i think they normally do their price hikes here in March, but who knows these days with all the melarky thats been going on the last couple of years. So yeah....this happened (just in case)

Just consider, you could donate one of those to next year's Secret Santa event that I'm just starting to think about; possibly not though   - Rob

im still debating all the crap that comes with them, dominos, cutters, router base selection pack etc.

what i should have done was built a bench lol

@woodbloke Im all for joining SS next year, but don't expect me to make anything, no one wants that, but more than happy to buy something in

@malc thats a fine toy, i have been eyeing one for a while, i just need a bigger house with a bigger garage :)

That could be mandatory; yet to be decided as it's a planning WIP  but I think that WH2 members would really appreciate a gift of any sort made by your own fair hand :D - Rob

Won’t that be a lot easier now.?

I spose it would be, I havent thought about joinery yet but i guess theres not huge amounts in it between big dominoes and traditional M&T in terms of strength.
