Kity combination machine spares

HELP ! The thread on the blade height adjuster for the saw in my Kity combination machine has stripped. It's a quite tricky complicated pair of parts, not easily reproduced. Does anyone know where I can get spares ? A bit of googling came up with a number of sites, they all offer things like blades and planer knives, but no signs of parts for the machine itself.

The machine is a Bestcombi 2600, dates from 2005/6.

Have you tried http://www.nmatools.co.uk/ I understand they are KITY agents. Scheppach now own the brand but whether they are supporting older machines I'm not sure.

New parts fitted this morning, a rotten job as it was very cold (-2°) and all the machine parts were freezing cold to the touch.

It all went very smoothly, except : had a big problem aligning the saw to the table. There is some adjustment available, but rather crude, it is in the form of slots for the screws fixing the assembly to the table, so everything tends to move when you tighten the screws. In the end, the main problem was that I had taken up all the adjustment and the distance between the blade and the guide slot was still around 0.2mm less at the front than at the back. These are all bit beefy fittings that cannot have changed just by being taken apart and put back together, so I can only assume that it has always been like that... :?
It will have to do for now, I'm not motivated to take it all apart again and start modifying the parts to create a wee bit more adjustment.

As I read it, this does not change the ability to cut straight which depends entirely on having perfect alignment between the guide slot and the cross-cut sled, it just means that the back of the blade will enlarge the kerf by 0.2mm which it would not do if it was perfectly aligned.

Such misalignment normally results in a rubbing cut and burning on the output side of the blade.
If luck is with you then the burning might be on the offcut side but then if the fence is truly parallel to the slot, then rip cuts will be compromised.

Perhaps something to sort out when the weather warms up. You might just find the fixings are of slightly different sizes and swapping them over will sort it out.
