Make your own bandsaw... out of Wood!!!

Here's the place to talk about all your table saws, bandsaws, routers and dust extractors. In fact anything that makes noise and uses electrickery.

Make your own bandsaw... out of Wood!!!

Why not indeed?

I was just genuinely surprised when I stumbled upon it.

Sometimes the motivation behind your posts mystify me Andy.
Many seem to be of the form "I found this..." "What do you think?"
Some of which end up being controversial.
As for pronunciation/emphasis of speech on youtube, my gast is flabbered :D
I may be doing you an injustice but can't recall you posting about your woodwork but I might have missed it.

I suppose it is a good job we are all different.

Given that the Woodmangler's Retreat bit is for anything but woodwork, that is where the noticeable, bordering on controversial, topics are to be found.

As a matter of fact the vast majority of my posts are indeed about woodwork and are usually to be found in the Hand Toolery section.

The reason that I often ask "what do you think?" is because my start point is that most people on here seem to be much more knowledgable and experienced than poor little me. I discover things all the time in the internet that I've never heard of before.

For home made woodworking tools in wood no need to look further than Matthias Wandel. A genius of a man.
I do not think therefore I do not am.

Here you go. Just to prove that I do make the odd thing: a bedside thingy standing on top of a computer table.

The best YouTuber I've come across for machines made of wood is Paoson Woodworking

Enjoy the bandsaw playlist (and he has many others)

Very tidy, Andy. Just one question. Those metal objects lower down. What are they ? Paperweights ? :eusa-think: ;)
