Yes it’s a pretty poor show, compared to American airlines who are wonderful in comparison, when do you ring them up and after getting to the right department they say they’re busy at the moment but they will call you back and they do! Usually within the hour.
I think it’s that the Americans understand service and not ..issing your customers off.

Throughout the whole covid cancellation/credit/refund debacle I found Air Canada to be top notch. Emails replied to promptly and they actioned them as they said they would.
Shame I never got to fly with them. Once the covid mess is all over I am determined to have the holiday in Quebec that never happened.
30th wedding anniversary next year :eusa-shhh: don't tell anyone.
I do not think therefore I do not am.
