• Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

Our system over the last few weeks has been doing weird things such as periodic outages from time to time which I assumed was a line fault etc. On contacting Zen in Rochdale, its turns out we had an iffy router so I've just switched the original one for a brand spanking new box, with help from a lad in Rochdale who talked me through it. Rog S first put me onto Zen a while back and they've been universally fantastic including today's fun n'games. If you're looking for a new t'interweb provider, Zen should be right at the top of your list! Fandabby! - Rob

they are a great company, I used them to host my website when I had one, never had any problems with them, amazing customer service.

I have used them for years, slightly more expensive than many but well worth it. Support have always stayed on the phone till the problem was solved even if waiting for a slow computer to boot or when the problem was my ignorance/problem.

Using Zen for me would mean giving up a fibre-optic cable and returning to BT's copper network..........you know, the one that used to drop out on me 10 or 20 times a day......sometimes 60. So, I'm stuck with Gigaclear.
