I'm still here
I've been away on a long cruise holiday to miss the cold weather. It nearly worked.
30 ish years ago I was working all hours and wasn't into woodworking anyway and the bedroom needed furniture. We had a local firm install wardrobes and fitted drawer units etc. and they did a good job. Can't say I'm crazy now about vinyl wrapped MDF but it is all in good condition - with one exception.
The bay window has 2 sets of drawers and has a fitted worktop on it again vinyl wrapped. I'm sure it was fine before the holiday but came back to find a ripple along it where the vinyl had come off.
Took it off and moved it to the landing -

And lifting the vinyl

There is a large area not glued any more. The profiled front edge seems sound.
So long post for a short question what to stick it back with?
I guess it would have been heat activated glue and vacuum that made it stick originally. it's 2.5m long and 0.5m wide so I don't think ironing would work. I'm thinking maybe the glue I used when I EPDM'd The shed and workshop rooves (sp?) - evo stick like stuff. Thoughts?
