FIrst off is to break down the 3/4" - 4x8' ply sheets using my poor man's track saw. Then cut the width on the table saw.

Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Now to router a channel for the support bracket. Using the sample shelf for measurements. The router table is at the end of the table saw outfeed table.

Needed to cut 1 3/4" strips of ply to glue on one edge of the shelf to give support and to hide the hardware. All glued waiting to set overnight then on to a round over.

Nice bit of batch work there Scott, tedious but the end result will be worth it.
Not sure what a slat wall is? Or how those hangers work tbh.

Oh, yes right. But presumably the brackets don’t use that system, Is this for your workshop?

Not for my shop, the commercial store renovation I have been on for 7 weeks. The panel slats are reinforced with metal inserts to prevent blowout due to weight. I'll see if I have a pic.
