Most certainly. I've had a good look myself but it seems my search machine fails me.Is it the stainless part that’s the problem? 75mm or 76mm loose pin steel hinges are relatively easy to source, but I couldn’t find stainless with a (very quick) search.
Almost all interior hollow-door hinges in the USA (wot I've seen) have been loose pin. I'm sure there are stainless ones available, and 3" is the usual size. If you haven't cut the recesses, they even do nice rounded corner hinges you can do quickly with a 1/2" router bit. Look on Ace Hardware or Lowe's web sites.
But how you get them across the Atlantic presently I'm not sure. There's probably a special tariff for British woodworkers...
Not really. The US ones are just like the common style of butt hinge here, but with a loose pin that pulls out (or goes in) from the top end.Are they like these? First eBay result I found for stainless steel lift off hinge...
