Classic Systainer Nubbins

Has anyone made classic systainer nubbins out of wood or plywood? Would it even work? I mean the two rectangular bits that a systainer clip grabs on to. Alternatively does anyone sell the nubbins in a form that could be attached to a wooden box? I see that the clips are readily available, but not finding anything for the other side of the connection (presumably because the clips are detachable, but the nubbins are integrated with the standard boxes).

A few years ago I wanted to make my old Elu bandsaw more portable so made a wooden base for it that would clip to a syscart. I made the nubbins from dominos for the front of the cart



& cut them out of the pine base for the clips on the side of the cart.



Worked really well, made lugging it to site much easier
