The latest piece finished an American Fire Truck from Toys and Joys plans measures 31" X 7" X 7 1/2" and with the ladder extended in the raised position 36" tall. Main woods Sapele and Beech with others thrown in for good measure.

Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

It would be worth checking with the editor of the magazine you are submitting it to, as I've had a few magazine articles recently published in Good Woodworking that I had already written up as WIPs on here (the corner summerhouse is in the April 2018 edition and the understairs storage was in a few months ago).
I originally contacted GW to submit another article (Jessica's bed) that I hadn't written up on here but with that initial email I also included the links to the WIP projects and asked the question. I was surprised that they were happy to publish them as well - mind you its surprising how much work is needed to convert the WIP approach of a forum into a magazine article even though most of the sequence, text and photos are already sorted!
I've got another article due in next month's edition - a flexible rabbit run - that I also posted a subset of photos on here a few months ago. After that, I've one 'banked' project left (i.ealready built and I have the photos so just need to write it up) - its the foldable playhouse that I actually did as a WIP in the original woodhaven forum (wish I'd kept the text!).
