It's a shame the bloke's not selling them because this is what I would want for Christmas. It's like something out of a shop for eccentric scientists. It would however, produce nicely sharp pencils for marking out.

There are a few wonder pencil-sharpeners around, mechanical marvels.

and they are not even the ones I was trying to find. I agree they are very drool-worthy devices.
