Thanks for the welcome everyone. Yes I do a bit of welding as well, I’m just trying to set up a welding area in my workshop. Just got to figure out how to separate hot metal from sawdust :eusa-think:

A fire extinguisher is probably a good idea.

Do you make tools ? This is how I sometimes find myself usimg the Mapp gas torch and a pot of quenching oil amongst piles of shavings. Had a couple of close calls ...
