Honeywell 4043H type heating zone valves

These are the sort of valve used to control up and downstairs wet central heating zones
I only need the head unit for some experiments so used/repairable units ideal.
Characterised by fitting on a two port valve and having a 5 wire control cable.

What have you in the junk box that you don't need?

Essentially yes. They have a few failure modes - the microswitches being just one.
New heads are £30 ish and motors a tenner.

I have the one that failed on our heating circuit (micro switch) I replaced it with a new head which was about £50 (Danfoss, i think they're a bit pricier than honeywell) but now the heating circuit valve head is dodgy occasionally so I'm planning to replace the switch in it ready for when the other one stops working!
