• Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

Non-delivery today. Tracking the item says this

Your parcel has been returned to our depot following an attempted delivery or a problem locating the address. Our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next.

So, Sherlock, if he had a problem locating the address then how could he leave a card ? :eusa-think:

It does not compute.

I bet his lorry was too big to get up your drive.

LOL...I suspect it was a relief as the usual guy has been here loads of times. It's the lack of logic in their wording that gets me....

..We couldn't find you so we left a card'.

I got a parcel delivery the other day - he rang the door bell, left the parcel and was off before I could get there.
Very soon I got an email saying "sorry they had missed me but left the parcel in a safe place" - missed me, they never gave me a chance!

'twas the usual driver who's a top bloke.

He had a puncture. Parcelfarce regulations say that he can't change the tyre...HS&E doncha know. So he had to wait for 3.5 hours for the official breakdown vehicle to travel the 2o :eusa-think: minutes from its depot.
