• Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

Anyone else having problems uploading?

I eventually give up after 5 times.

I re-size all my pics from 3mb to about 50KB before uplading, so it can't be a size issue.

I use Tapatalk and apart from a previous one "disappearing" it was immediate - literally seconds.

Rod, nice toy.

I run everything off my laptop, so need Photo-whatever to function as it should. Been using it for years when Sony closed their hosting site.

I have just tried again and it loaded 1 out of three, and it is still trying the other two.

I used to upload by e-mail wich worked extremely well till they upgraded/changed their site, since then does not work. Have to use the long winded way.

When I took this up with them, their 10 year old support scientist in India made out it was my problem.
I just persisted going back and eventualy they admitted it was their system and they were working on the ptoblem.
And that Sir is the last I ever heard from them.

Cheers

I looked at Imgur and uploaded a few pics.

Very fast. My only gripe is there website colours of black background.

I will trp P-B again before deciding to switch.

Maybe new projects to go to Imgur.

Cheers

I use Shutterfly for all the family photos and albums which I share with family.

P-B is all other non-family related photos.

I suspect that P-B might just be slowing down because I have ad-blocker on my laptop and P-B is full of adverts.
It keeps on telling me "the dog needs a biscuit and you are blocking the ads"

Cheers
