• Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

Don’t want to mess up Mike’s thread.

First time I’d ever heard this name was in this thread, then I just pick up my phone to see this notification…

Quick Google suggests Reece is son of Don. Clearly the sporting ability runs in the family given Uncle Peter was also a player.

Yeah, Reece is son of. Good bowler in the right conditions, if a bit fragile. Tall chap (About 6’7”) so hardly surprising his back plays up. The 4 for against Bang knocked the stuffing out of their chase.

Dharmasala is one of the grounds I want to go to if I ever get to the sub-continent: two previous planned trips (cunningly arranged to over lap with international tours) were messed up by Covid.

And, yes, I am Scottish, but I support Eng, if circumstances allow. (The Grange 2018, perhaps).

Ask Mr G about the B&H in, I think, '85.

Very good. Interesting you mention about being Scottish and supporting the Auld Enemy at cricket. It wasn't you I had a 15 mins chat with on that very subject, while waiting in the queue for the portaloo's at the Old Trafford Ashes test this summer was it?! :D
