• Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

Uploading pictures.

Hello Chaps.

I've been using Photobucket for a few years to upload pictures onto the forum and all has been good, but in recent times, I've encountered various problems. I've now created a new account with Postimage.org and it seems okay. Can any of you marvellous chaps recommend an alternative site for uploading pictures?

Cheers,

:text-bravo:

I use Flickr when posting from my pc, if I post from my tablet or phone I use the hosting provided by Tapatalk.
I use BT as my ISP and they used to give free web space that I used to host a small site and pictures for the forum, but they decided that not enough people were using it so withdrew the service. Now they are offering free cloud storage, which I have not investigated, yet.
I also have some free online storage with Google, but it's a bit odd in is use.

I have an ImageShack account for stuff I take with my DSLR but mainly I use my iPhone and post direct with Tapatalk - it's so easy.
ImageShack also have an app that allows you to download photos to your phone (and other places) so any that are already uploaded I can post again using Tapatalk.
