• Hi all and welcome to TheWoodHaven2 brought into the 21st Century, kicking and screaming! We all have Alasdair to thank for the vast bulk of the heavy lifting to get us here, no more so than me because he's taken away a huge burden of responsibility from my shoulders and brought us to this new shiny home, with all your previous content (hopefully) still intact! Please peruse and feed back. There is still plenty to do, like changing the colour scheme, adding the banner graphic, tweaking the odd setting here and there so I have added a new thread in the 'Technical Issues, Bugs and Feature Requests' forum for you to add any issues you find, any missing settings or just anything you'd like to see added/removed from the feature set that Xenforo offers. We will get to everything over the coming weeks so please be patient, but add anything at all to the thread I mention above and we promise to get to them over the next few days/weeks/months. In the meantime, please enjoy!

This place was built a few miles away from where I live, it sits on an industrial estate and backs onto the local council recycling center. Close to a main road and out of town shopping park. At least its close to the mcdonalds, KFC, dominoes.
I cant imagine why someone would waste their money building such a place in that location. There are stunning views not but 3miles away.

Certainly makes a statement, but strange to pick that location. (above link works for me)

That looks straight out of Silver End in the 1930s, albeit the scale is a bit different.

Ah, Tindale Towers! I thought they ran out of money eventually, it was beginning to look a bit derelict over the last couple of years. I often drive past on my way to fill up with petrol on a lunch break. It's very handy for the scrap merchant! Quite bonkers.

They are asking £1.4m and thats heavily reduced, it sits next to a row of houses that cost maybe £60k if your lucky. Kirk your right it would look perfect as a miami beech place. Some councillors must have had a bung to allow permission for it to be built.

If you do a Google drive-by, my God but it is pug-ugly. I cannot see why anyone would want to build there.

Theres a canny burger van near it and you can keep an eye on the que at the tip so there are some benefits, also there is a large gypsy contingent who exercise their trotters on the roads regularly.

I’m not sure that there is a future for you as an estate agent Wallace ;)🤣
I reckon the only possible way this would sell is if you knocked it down and sold the land to build 10 'affordable' houses on it. Did I mention this area is a bit rough, it appears on those police camera action shows quite regularly.

Take a look at google maps for it's location
