Not sure if this has been mentioned before... But there's another gathering coming up, for anyone who wants to buy old tools, meet old woodworkers* and have a right good natter.
Carlton Scroop village hall, near Grantham, Lincs. Saturday 10 October, NG32 3AR, all day, free entry, free parking, tea and cake available.
See you there!
* Young woodworkers also very welcome.
Excellent. I wanted a chat.....I'll be there, somewhat embarrassed that I haven't used the last bit yet, but it would be good to see you.
Unfortunately I cannot get to this one as the National Ploughing Championships are up the road again this weekend and I will be exhibiting there https://www.ploughmen.co.uk/events/2026-british-ploughingRight, who else is coming along to Carlton Scroop on Saturday? I'll chuck some bog oak in the car if anyone wants any......but it won't be much.
That's a pity. Enjoy the ploughing, and see you next time.Unfortunately I cannot get to this one as the National Ploughing Championships are up the road again this weekend and I will be exhibiting there https://www.ploughmen.co.uk/events/2026-british-ploughing
Have a good day Saturday folks.
Cheers
Andy
That’s good news Andy, the spring extravaganza doesn’t usually clash with any other show so I should be able to make the next one, hopefully so will Andy BI was talking to the organisers and they are keen to keep it running, so expect to see confirmation of similar Spring and Autumn dates next year.
